Description of Services
Streetlight Creations provides an online platform that helps connect customers who wish to purchase custom songs, and artists, including musicians, lyric composers, and mixmasters who wish to provide such songs (collectively “Artists”). Depending on the services you purchase, you may receive a custom song with instrumental or electronic music composition and personalized lyrics (“Custom Song”) and/or a lyrics presentation with personalized media, including but not limited to the use of photographs and lyrics, used in connection in a variety of ways with the Custom Song (“Custom Media”).

Information Collected
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this Website. We only have access to and collect the information that you voluntarily provide us. Direct contact includes, but is not limited to, filling out and submitting a request for a Custom Song.

Information includes, but is not limited to, any personal information you provide, such as your name, address, billing information, email address, phone number and any other information that is not otherwise publicly available. In addition, anything you type into the request form fields, including who the song is for, “your story,” etc., is considered information that we collect.

Use of Information
We use your information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, administrative purposes, to improve our services, to contact you, and for internal business purposes. These general purposes may involve sharing your information with third parties, such as, but not limited to, our third party payment processor, our artists who contribute to the creation of your song, etc.

We may also choose to use your Custom Song, Custom Media, and testimonial as promotional materials. Due to the personal nature of our services, these promotional uses will necessarily involve use of your personal information.

Although we have no obligation to store your information, we may store your information for any of the general purposes listed above. We may from time to time destroy our copies of your information.

We may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, or new products or services. However, we will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

We partner with Artists to provide our services and products. When you request our services, we will share the information that is necessary for the Artist to provide the services. These parties are allowed to only use your personal information for the purpose of providing these services.

We take precautions to protect your information. Wherever we collect sensitive information such as credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as S.B. 27, allows individual customers who have provided their personal information to us to request information about our disclosure of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
